GCSE Examinations Schedule
Summer 2023
Please find below, the confirmed GCSE Examinations Schedule for this Summer.
Please note: All pupils must remain available until Wednesday 28th June 2023, in the event of an exam awarding body needing to invoke its contingency plan. This date has been designated as the contingency day nationally, should the need arise to reschedule any exams during the summer season.
Year 10 Mock Exams Schedule
Monday 26th June - Friday 30th June 2023
Please find below, the confirmed Year 10 Mock Examinations Schedule for this June.
Please note: All clashes (where a student takes both subjects taking place at the same time) have been resolved. Students impacted by this will see any changes on their individual timetable, which will be given out nearer the time.
GCSE Exams Results Day 2023
Thursday 24th August 2023
GCSE Results Day this year is on Thursday 24th August 2023. Students can come into school between 8:30 – 10:30 am, into the main hall via the green gate.
If you cannot make it to results day, you can have your results emailed to you. To do this you will need to send a signed letter stating you are unable to make it to results day and that you would like your results emailed to you. the letter needs to be signed by hand and can then be scanned or a photo taken, sent to Mr Wallis:
m.wallis@seva.coventry.sch.uk. Requests must be sent by Wednesday 23rd August.
GCSE Certificates Collection
2022 Leavers
GCSE Certificates are available for collection.
Please arrange to collect your certificates at the following times:
9:00am-2.30pm Monday to Friday
3.30pm-4.45pm Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
To arrange collection of your certificates please email: c.mcdermott@seva.coventry.sch.uk
All certificates must be signed for upon collection. If somebody else is collecting certificates on your behalf, they will need to bring with them a letter (signed by the you, the student) detailing the name of the person to collect the certificates and that named person would also need to bring Photo ID with them.
