Seva school’s curriculum reflects our status as a proud Sikh faith school, passionately determined to ensure our students leave us as whole people, who have enjoyed wide horizons, ready to pay forward in society with their unique God given gifts and talents.

 

We believe that all learning should inspire and excite; this is how life-long learners are developed!  We do not believe learning only happens in a classroom and are committed to offering our students opportunities to learn through residentials, guest speakers, workshops, trips and the great outdoors.  Our well-established enrichment programme introduces pupils to new learning beyond the national curriculum and helps them to discover new interests and talents.

 

We are not a school with a pure focus on the core subjects of English, maths and science (although we do believe that these should be beacons of excellence within our school, delivering outstanding progress between each key stage).  We believe that spiritual and character development are equally as important and that each child should be given the chance to decide for themselves where their personal interests and skills reside.
